Is your Yahoo through another company such as ATT or other?

To get started, I need to know what type of computer you are using, a Windows XP, Vista, Windows 7, Windows 8, Windows 10 or a Mac.

If its a Mac, please check the OSX version as follows, Click the apple sign at the top left of your screen, then click about this mac. And then where it says version, send that to me as a reply.

What email are you trying to get back?

How do you usually access your email? Email client such as windows live, (built in email app

on the computer itself that looks like an envelope) Thunderbird? Using a regular browser such

as Firefox/Internet Explorer/Chrome etc?

My email address is ATT.Mac.OS X el capitan.Through Chrome.I can't get email through iphone either.

Att recent dropped their Yahoo from uverse.

What recovery options do you have in place and what browser did you use. It may be 'stored' in the browser and we can reveal it.

I use chrome but also tried to go through Safari no luck.I'm trying to get all of emails to read and of course send

Try this for me to see if it is 'stored'.

You will see the yahoo on the left and the yahoo email on the right if it is stored.

Open Chrome and sign in with your Google account.
2. Click the three vertical dots icon.
3. Click Settings.
4. Scroll down and click Advanced.
5. Scroll down and click Manage passwords.
6. Click the three vertical dots icon next to a password.
7. Click the eye icon.
8. Enter your computer password ***** click OK.

If you are using chrome, it is at the top right of the browser.

If it is correct, i will check. Can you send it please? If it is still correct, that means there is an issue with your pc, not your email. If it is not correct, yes, we need to recover the email if you put in the proper back up.
