I just switched from an android tablet to an iPad and I’m unable to access my email.

I don’t need to reset a password. I need to see my messages.

  1. To set up your personal email account, from the home screen select the Settings app.

  2. Scroll to and select Accounts & Passwords.

  3. Select Add Account.

  4. Select your email provider.

    Note: If you don't see your email provider listed, select Other > Add Mail Account. Follow the onscreen steps and provide the required information to configure your account. If you don't know your email settings contact your email or provider use the Mail Settings Lookup.

  5. Enter your email address, then select NEXT.

    Note: To manually configure email settings (such as server settings and security type), from the Mail tab select the desired account > select the account name > select Advanced.

  6. Enter your password, then select NEXT.

  7. Set the desired account sync options, then select Save.

    Note: To add additional email accounts, repeat the above steps.

  8. If you have additional accounts set up, you will be returned to the Accounts & Passwords screen. If this is the only account you've set up on iPad, you will be directed to your inbox.

    Note: To send email from this account by default, scroll down on this screen, then select Default Account > select the desired account name.

  9. To access email, select the Mail app.

That’s what I did earlier this week but I wasn’t able to view my messages I received before I got the iPad. How do I find those messages?

I haven’t tried it. Right now I just need to be able to view my inbox messages received more than 4 days ago.

No. It’s too late now. I needed help on the 9th. Even the 10th might have worked. Now I’ve been billed but I didn’t receive any help, Moses said that I would hear from someone within 24 hours. That didn’t happen AND on the email I received when you billed me said answers in 30 minutes. THAT didn’t happen either. Altogether, an extremely pathetic customer experience.
