I have a problem with my emails in my old computer how can I get emails on my other cumputer

Technician's Assistant: Who is your email provider (Gmail, Yahoo, Outlook, etc.)?

Technician's Assistant: How do you usually access your email? On a phone or tablet, or through a web browser?

Through a web browser if I try to delete an email the screen goes blank and I cant reboot normally

Technician's Assistant: What troubleshooting have you tried?

I have got a message from Microsoft to check for problem but it still recurrs

Technician's Assistant: Anything else you want the Email Expert to know before I connect you?

No I just want to use my other computer to receive emails I have done a virus check on the problem computer but wonder if there is a virus in the email area of the old one
