Hi I registered to open an account with Hydrawise.com. They say they show my account and that a confirmation email has been sent but I'm not receiving it on my end not even in my spam file????

Technician's Assistant: How's your internet connection? Are you checking your email from a browser or a mail client (e.g. Outlook)?

My connection is fine, I'm still receiving my clients emails. I'm not computer savvy so bare with me,. I'm on my desk top in my home office

Technician's Assistant: Are there any antivirus or firewall settings that could block you from receiving mail?

windows 7. I registered my business with Hydrawise, they returned a confirmation email with an app that I need to click on in order to log on but Im not receiving it on any of my email files.

Thank you for writing back. So you are saying, that the registration of your company is NOT YET complete now because you have not received the confirmation email?

Also, what is the domain name of your email that you used to register with Hydrawise? (@gmail.com? @yahoo.com? )

My domain is @sbcglobal.net and basically Im not able to receive emails from Hydrawise. My email address is***@******.***
