Hi, I can’t access my yahoo account because I lost my password. How do I change it.?

Technician's Assistant: Are you logged into your Yahoo account on any other devices?

I can’t access my email account because I forgot my password. Things are confusing. I’ve tried every which way to find a way to change it and was finally told that I can’t change it online...told by a computer. Help!

Technician's Assistant: Do you have security questions or a phone number on file to help reset your password?

It’s been so long ago since I gave up that I’m not sure. We can try possibilities. I can give you the email address.
