What exact email is slow and how are you accessing it?

Is it slow on any other device?

To get started, I need to know what type of computer you are using, a Windows XP, Vista, Windows 7, Windows 8, Windows 10 or a Mac.

If its a Mac, please check the OSX version as follows, Click the apple sign at the top left of your screen, then click about this mac. And then where it says version, send that to me as a reply.

What email are you trying to get back? gmail/outlook/yahoo etc?

How do you usually access your email? Email client such as windows live, (built in email app

on the computer itself that looks like an envelope) Thunderbird? Using a regular browser such

as Firefox/Internet Explorer/Chrome etc?

Hi, I am reading this message on a Kindle Fire HD . I not received it yet on my computer=HP All-in-One model 20C023W with Windows 10 and Yahoo for internet Firefox app installed. Problem does not seem to be with ATT. Attempted to send message on Windows over four hours ago. Just rec'd send error message times 8:47p.m. that message would not be sent. There is a message in my outbox timed 5:33 p.m. Only email problem . Rest of computer o.k. Will stand by on Kindle.I
