Not able to connect...

Not able to connect to server (ipower). Have not received or been able to send emails today. Also getting this alert: Sending of password ***** user***@******.*** did not succeed. Mail server pop.ipower.com responded: Authentication failed

Technician's Assistant: How's your internet connection? Are you checking your email from a browser or a mail client (e.g. Outlook)?

Internet connection is good. I assume browser, but not sure. This is for work, my co-workers all use thunderbird as well and they are not having any issues with their accounts.

Technician's Assistant: Are there any antivirus or firewall settings that could block you from receiving mail?

Not that i am aware of.

Technician's Assistant: Anything else you want the Email Expert to know before I connect you?

Never had this issue before.

No, this is a recent issues. Only been an issue today. My co workers who all have email addresses @arcadiatherapy.com like mine are not having issues with their emails. Only my thunderbird account is having a problem.

the server that we use to get our emails through thunderbird is ipower.
