Good morning, since yesterday I have been unable to send/receive outlook. currently running ms 10 - internet OK (as you can tell)

Technician's Assistant: How's your internet connection? Are you checking Outlook from a browser or a mail client (e.g. Outlook)?

Outlook

Technician's Assistant: Are there any antivirus or firewall settings that could block you from receiving mail?

Only Micro Trend. Have had this connect for some time with no problems. Updated just a month ago but problem only started yesterday. Have call our server and they have ruled out any setting issues

Technician's Assistant: Anything else you want the Email Expert to know before I connect you?
