I’m not receiving any...

I’m not receiving any emails. When trying to log into***@******.***, it wants a password, which I enter, than it asked to make sure it’s me and it will text me a code. Since I never get the email I can’t get the code. To point if you email me back, I’m most likely going to get it

Technician's Assistant: How's your internet connection? Are you checking your email from a browser or a mail client (e.g. Outlook)?

It does same sometime that it can’t connect to nternet, but apps that need the internet are connecting. Not sure I understand, browser vs outlook?

Technician's Assistant: Are there any antivirus or firewall settings that could block you from receiving mail?

I don’t know where to look for that if I do.

Technician's Assistant: Anything else you want the Email Expert to know before I connect you?

I also have another email address***@******.***, and I’m not reciving any emails there either. It’s been since the first of the year.

Do you login via your web browser (Chrome, Firefox, Internet Explorer, Edge) or through an email app like Windows Live Mail, Outlook, Thunderbird?

When every I want to find something on internet I go through internet explorer. Is that what you mean. I’m somewhat confused though because my colander (I think), goes trough outlook. Also I wanted you to know I’m on my I pad not my phone. neither are getting email.

I think for this issue you will need access to a computer so we can check the settings using the web browser, it may be blocking mobile apps even though you're using the correct password
