I can't remember where to get the icon to click on to send an email

Technician's Assistant: How's your internet connection? Are you checking your email from a browser or a mail client (e.g. Outlook)?

I have no idea what you mean

Technician's Assistant: The Email Technician will be able to walk you through that. Are there any antivirus or firewall settings that could block you from receiving mail?

I need to update my Norton security but I am having problems with that as well.

Technician's Assistant: Anything else you want the Email Expert to know before I connect you?

I need to cancel my current email address and subscribe to get another one but I presume I do that through Skymuster, i am not sure.
