We just got a new computer and the Geek Squad made a mistake with the email name on thunderbird. How can we fix that. Also can't get into email without a password ***** we don't know our password

No. I can but my husband who is the main holder of the account cannot

Can’t get into my email as I need a password ***** don’t remember. I believe the name issue is fixed. I will be phoning my internet provider today to hopefully resolve the password ***** Thank you.
