I accidentally deleted it and have lost everything. In answering the first job question I must have answered it slightly differently and it would not proceed.

Technician's Assistant: Who is your email provider (Gmail, Yahoo, Outlook, etc.)?

Sbcglobal-I thought it was att

Technician's Assistant: How do you usually access your email? On a phone or tablet, or through a web browser?

Usually on my iPad, problem came when trying on my laptop which I have not done in a while

Technician's Assistant: What Operating System (OS) are you running on your iPad?

Wow, at my age that is hard, it is a year old -is that 7

Technician's Assistant: How long has this been going on with your iPad? What have you tried so far?

Just today. I had heard if you deleted and re added account, it might help but it would not re add
