I'm unable to receive or sent emails. The last time I received email was 1-3-18

Technician's Assistant: How's your internet connection? Are you checking your email from a browser or a mail client (e.g. Outlook)?

Outlook express. I have a Verizon.net email address

Technician's Assistant: Are there any antivirus or firewall settings that could block you from receiving mail?

??? I have Norton Virus. But unless Norton has made changes, I have had them for one& half years.

unable to get my current password ***** and unable to change to a new password. Therefore unable to update account information. I give up. I hope theres no charge for this since I was unable to get any answers. Very Disappointed.

Last e-mail I received was 1-3-18. Have no idea when I last signed on, as I keep email signed on to my desktop computer. When I turned the computer on I clicked on Windows Live Mail and my Excalibur opened up.

can you put your phone number in the private info?

I'll then reset your password, we reset the password ***** times and there is something going on that you were able to login a couple times but then wasn't able to anymore.
