Access has been denied and will not accept known ID or password.

Technician's Assistant: When did you last change your password ***** Apple ID?

Have been using sub password ***** separate messages from my partners iPad. Originally registered one Computer. one MacBook and two iPads with apple and with Telstra

Technician's Assistant: Did you try resetting through Apple's online account reset tool?

My wife (her iPad is the culprit) did try on that site but it would not recognise her email address. I have tried using the principal ID and password (which still works on my iPad) but all to no avail I think we have tried so many different ways that it has decided not to cooperate

Technician's Assistant: Anything else you want the Mac Expert to know before I connect you?

Is there some way of getting into the device apart from ID and Password ***** there is no way we can add anything to our efforts and, to be honest, my wife just cannot remember with any accuracy how it was set up for her.
