Hello, Something has happened...

Hello, Something has happened and I cannot access my yahoo email account. I have tried everything I can to no avail. The latest thing my husband found was it is “temporarily locked.” Please help!1

No. I can’t login in on any of my devices, or my pc.

Technician's Assistant: Do you have security questions or a phone number on file to help reset your password?

Yes, but we have tried that. We originally had AT&T internet so the email was set up as a yahoo account. However, that original AT&T acct was in my husband’s name. My email was set up as an additional email on the account. When trying to login through the yahoo website, it is saying it doesn’t recognize my email address.
