I have 8 different email addresses on the same server

I have 8 different...

I have 8 different email addresses on the same server (Charter) 7 of them work fine on Thunderbird; but one of them (*****@******.***) has started working weird in the last 6-7 days. The settings on the server are the same as the other emails addresses. It does not retrieve new emails. When I open it in Thunderbird the mouse cursor shows it as busy. I spent the greater part of yesterday trying to fix it but no luck. My primary email address is***@******.***. I'm sure hoping you can get me back up and running. Thanks in advance. Ray

Technician's Assistant: How's your internet connection? Are you checking Charter from a browser or a mail client (e.g. Outlook)?

I log in to my charter account via Firefox.

Technician's Assistant: Are there any antivirus or firewall settings that could block you from receiving mail?

I have the antivirus, but I am not having any trouble with any of the other email address in the same account and all are set up the same way on thunderbird.

Technician's Assistant: Anything else you want the Email Expert to know before I connect you?
