Hi! My email quick receiving new emails... a problem that occurs frequently. So I uninstalled and reinstalled the program. Still no new emails. I can get new emails on my I phone however, so I know there are new ones.

Technician's Assistant: Who is your email provider (Gmail, Yahoo, Outlook, etc.)?

I have one g mail account and to thru watch communications fpnmail thru a local internet provider.

Technician's Assistant: How do you usually access Gmail? On a phone or tablet, or through a web browser?

All are IMAP

Technician's Assistant: What troubleshooting have you tried?

I went to Watch Communications site and cleared any spam, trash or unwanted emails from their cashe. Then I still had no new emails. So I uninstalled and reinstalled Thunderbird to see if that would help, but it didn't. Meanwhile I am getting new emails via my IPhone, so I know all three email accounts have new emails that I cannot receive on my laptop.

Technician's Assistant: Anything else you want the Email Expert to know before I connect you?

Not that I can think of. I'm not to good at tech stuff

Windows - but I didn't realize this was a continuous billing situation. The pay pal bill was $53 for "free trial" not $5 as represented, so I think I just want to cancel.
