When I wish to send an email, I bring up the email form,

When I wish to send an email, I bring up the email form, type it out and then push send. However today the send button is very faint and when I tap it nothing happens.

Technician's Assistant: Who is your email provider (Gmail, Yahoo, Outlook, etc.)?

Technician's Assistant: How do you usually access Gmail? On a phone or tablet, or through a web browser?

Never had to access Gmail, my main provider is vodafone , since they closed their email, email now comes through Gmail

On your iPad, please press and hold both the Power (On / Off) button and the Home button (which is located right below the screen) together for at least 10 seconds, until the Apple logo appears, then wait a bit, then check.
