I am disabled....

I am disabled. I'm along-time subscriber to Google and have had my present ID .***@******.***. I have a an IMac. My laptop crashed. I can't find the password ***** this account. I'm 76ears old. I have serious cognitive impairment from a vestibular migraine condition. I live in an assisted living facility. I provided extensive personal information to Google to recover my password, including my father's middle name.Google refused to honor my request on the ground that I had not provided enough personal information. I explained my circumstances and did not get the courtesy of a reply. I need access to this account. I believe Google's position violates the Age Discrimination Act and the Americans with Disabilities Act. In January 2016 I had a severe vertigo attack that caused cognitive impairment. I turned in my license to practice law sometime in March or thereabouts. I have sold my car because . my neuropsychologist advised me to stop driving. Under these conditions Google should grant my request. I am willing to provide more medical information upon request. I do not get a prompt and . favorable outcome from this second request I will file complaints with the appropriate agencies, contact the media and expose Google's arrogant and indiscriminate treatment. I hope this proves unnecessary.

My iMac never crashed. It was a laptop that crashed. I had both apple and Google Chrom;

I have spent weeks on this. I do not have the capacity to perform such operations anymore. I want my password. Google refused on security grounds that I had not provided sufficient information.

I don't understand why Google isn't assuming responsibility for this softwwareproblem. This is fingerpointing. I am . throught with wild goose chases. I have had numerous communications on this . This is a new one.
