Technician's Assistant: What Operating System (OS) are you running on your Mac?

Safari 10.1.2

Technician's Assistant: How long has this been going on with your Mac? What have you tried so far?

It has been about 1 week. Tried several things. I want to delete and reinstall aol.

Technician's Assistant: Anything else you want the Mac Expert to know before I connect you?

I get a message overtime I try to send that says a copy has been placed in your outbox. The recipient was rejected by the server because it does not allow relaying
