My Windows 10...

My Windows 10 email which receives email through my gmail account has completely disappeared after it was serviced cleaned and reinstalled yesterday by Microsoft Case#1410383525.and I o on my Icannot get any mail on my IPhone either. I'm a consultant and need my email. HELP

Technician's Assistant: How do you usually access Gmail? On a phone or tablet, or through a web browser?

On both my gmail account or my outlook account

Technician's Assistant: What troubleshooting have you tried?

Nothing works it seems that both email accounts have been erased. I will need help from AN EXPERIENCED HIGH LEVEL TECHNICION to solv this problem immediately since both emails worked yesterday before your technician erased my Windows 10 and reinstalled it. HELP
