Hi, My iphone will...

Hi, My iphone will receive emails but won't send them out.The message I get says - A copy has been placed in your outbox. The recipient was rejected by the server because it does not allow relaying.

Technician's Assistant: Are emails stuck in your outbox or are you receiving an error message?

They go to my outbox. But will not send. Did you see the message I get.

Technician's Assistant: Are there any antivirus or firewall settings that could block you from sending mail?

None that I know of. I used to be able to send out email

Technician's Assistant: Anything else you want the Email Expert to know before I connect you?

That's all. I received all emails, but can't send out.

click on SETTINGS

Scroll down to MAIL > CONTACTS > CALENDARS, and click on that:

Click on mail.q.com

You will get to the EMAIL INFORMATION page for that account. Scroll down to the OUTGOING SERVER

CLICK on the OUTGOING SERVER​

Ok, in this case, the last method now is to remove that account from your phone and setup again with the same details.

It should work then, please let me know if it worked.
