I don't have a Lyft account but a charge showed up on my debit card. These are the details that showed up on my bank account.

Technician's Assistant: When did you last update Lyft?

I don't have an account with Lyft. I don't have anything to update. Somebody has apparently stolen the information to my debit card and has made a fraudulent charge with Lyft. I would like more information on when and where this charge was made so that I can submit a fraud claim to my financial institution and get reimbursed.

I'm sorry about the issue, you need to call your card carrier / bank, report the unauthorized charges, then cancel your card and order a new one.

I have done that. I was wondering when and where this ride request was made. My credit union is wanting as much information as possible on fraud claim I am submitting with them.
