I am a Lyft customer and my phone is temporarily disabled. I'm trying to schedule a ride and re-entered my credit card information. However, I can't receive a verification text to confirm my number because my phone is not working. Can you please give me assistance. I am Steve Randel,*****, San Diego, Ca 92105.

Technician's Assistant: When did you last update Lyft?

Just a few minutes ago. T-Mobile tried to reboot my phone and deleted all my apps.

Technician's Assistant: Anything else you want the Software Expert to know before I connect you?

I'm just trying to schedule a ride, but can't receive a text to verify my phone number.
