I am not receiving all my mail. I keep getting letters/etc from my various accounts saying they sent messages and they get declined to send. Have not changed anything

Technician's Assistant: How's your internet connection? Are you checking your email from a browser or a mail client (e.g. Outlook)?

Not that I know of

I thought I was talking to AOL who I pay a monthly premium so why as I being asked to pay
