I was just talking to another support person and hit a wrong key and he disappeared so now im back can you help or find the person i was talking to

Technician's Assistant: What's the brand and model of your computer? And the Operating System (OS)?

This is a hp note book and nott sure what you mean by operating system do you mean windows 10

Technician's Assistant: What HP model do you have?

Were would i find that

Technician's Assistant: What have you tried so far with your HP? Have you installed any updates recently?

Would it be 15hp59? mcafee was updated recently

Technician's Assistant: Anything else you want the Computer Expert to know before I connect you?

We are trying to get into gmail. first it told us the password ***** incorrect we tried a new password ***** then it told us that ther was no google acct
