I have an open...

I have an open email - page is frozen - cannot navigate or cancel was attempting to forward something I received just prior - when I tab the email icon does not open or populate screen

Technician's Assistant: How's your internet connection? Are you checking your email from a browser or a mail client (e.g. Outlook)?

I think mail client am tech challenged - 67 yrs old

Technician's Assistant: Are there any antivirus or firewall settings that could block you from receiving mail?

Don't know can see I have email - but unable to access - screen activates but does not populate - then reverts to home screen

Technician's Assistant: Anything else you want the Email Expert to know before I connect you?

I think my browsers are outlook & iCloud - seem to be locked up in outlook - rarely access iCloud
