Happy New Year!No a message keeps coming up say Stock Android has stopped

Technician's Assistant: Who is your email provider (Gmail, Yahoo, Outlook, etc.)?

Google, Yahoo and my school account.

Technician's Assistant: How do you usually access Yahoo? On a phone or tablet, or through a web browser?

I have having trouble connecting it w Google so I can have the message pop-up on my phone.

Technician's Assistant: What troubleshooting have you tried?

Turn it off, going on my computer to try and see if there is anything I can do there.

Technician's Assistant: Anything else you want the Email Expert to know before I connect you?

I'm not sure what wrong. That is the only question I have until I know what's going on
