Cannot send or receive e-mails with my windows 7. Comcast has checked my password and it is working. How do it get my messages to go? Thanks

Technician's Assistant: What computer or device are you trying to connect?

I am 76 and this is all new to me, the live mail will not receive or send any messages, the sent messages goes to the out box
