I updated my Windows 10 this morning. Now I can't receive email messages on Outlook. It seems that Outlook is no longer accepting my password.

Technician's Assistant: How's your internet connection? Are you checking Outlook from a browser or a mail client (e.g. Outlook)?

My internet connection is fine. I have used Outlook for years as my email program, and I'm just doing the same thing as I have always done -- clicking on "sending and receiving messages."

Technician's Assistant: Are there any antivirus or firewall settings that could block you from receiving mail?

Not that I know of. I changed nothing this morning.

Technician's Assistant: Anything else you want the Email Expert to know before I connect you?

No, I just want to have my email connection restored. I have tried several times through your automated system to reset my password, after getting a security number phoned to me. Nothing seems to work.
