Technician's Assistant: Have you checked for the lost email in your Trash and Spam folders?

Yes...i was told by ATT they were lost during migration from ATT and Yahoo and need to get you guys to help me get them back..

Technician's Assistant: How long ago did your email go missing? Have you tried sending a Restore Request to Yahoo?

Dec. 27 i discovered them gone...I have from Dec. 27 on
