Sorry, there is not way to restore an account using password. :(

Commonly, people are keen to use known account name to reset unknown password. You are the first to use known password ***** restore unknown account name. :)

I guess you are reffering to a promotion message for remote assistance at $39. Just ignore it. Do you have any more clues related to your account? Basically there is no way to find an account using known password ***** We have to find another way. Thanks.
