Technician's Assistant: Who is your email provider (Gmail, Yahoo, Outlook, etc.)?

It's been set up and working since christmas day. Today it can't find WiFi. I have done factory reset and can't find set up. Can you help

When your Google Home worked since Xmas day, was it using the SAME Wi-Fi router as what you use today?

I deleted location thinking to start fresh. Now it can't find device. That's when I did a factory reset thinking to setup from scratch. It can't find device and I can't find set up

It worked before I went to bed and this morning when spoke to it said it had to connect to WiFi. I am on a samsung galaxy tab and same network as last night

Okay. The most possible reason as per your description is low battery or even not powered on. Do you see any indicators solid or flashing on the device body?
