HI Andy, I received an email from Amazon that I am in arrears with my payment. My handbag were stolen and I had to cancell my card. I updated my account details as soon as I got my new card. I checked over & over the update, but got the answer that they have a problem with my account and that I must enter an aditional account. I can only use this one account. Help please. Lidia Verbeek.

I do not think the problem is my iPad. Amazon show the updated information. They do not verify my account via my iPad but by my bank.
