As of 12-20-17, I...

As of 12-20-17, I no longer get all my emails on one account. I have to go to one or the other. One has all my old saved emails but only few since 12-20. The other has emails only from 12-20 on, which don't show up on the other account. I don't know what happened or how to fix it.

Technician's Assistant: How's your internet connection? Are you checking your email from a browser or a mail client (e.g. Outlook)?

I check from internet explorer on a computer where yahoo is the home page. I also got a new smart phone that I'm just learning how to use. I don't know how it gets my emails.

Technician's Assistant: Are there any antivirus or firewall settings that could block you from receiving mail?

Not that I know of. I can get to all of my emails, but have to go to one then the other account to see them all.
