I have a new desk top computer that includes Windows 10. I need to know how to download the disk from my camera to the computer.

I have taken the disk out of the camera and put it into the desktop computer to download my pictures. BUT I don't know where to find the downloaded pictures. I don't think then have been downloaded.

I have done this and have inserted the camera card into the desktop computer. I am stuck from here on.
