We have an google email account. All 4 employees are not receiving emails. My email account is '*****@******.***

Technician's Assistant: How's your internet connection? Are you checking your email from a browser or a mail client (e.g. Outlook)?

Through google browser

Technician's Assistant: Are there any antivirus or firewall settings that could block you from receiving mail?

Our it tech said it was not on our side.

I see that your IT Tech said it was not a problem on your end. Have you contacted your Google Admin and verified that there are no problems with your account?

If the problem is not on your end, then the problem must be on the side of the Google Account. Do you want to contact your Google Admin first? After you speak with him or her, please, let me know what they said as far as your account goes.
