Bought wife new iPhone...

Bought wife new iPhone 8 for Christmas and can not get her email authenticated acct. she set up a hot mail acct. on her first iPhone and can not remember her password. Need for the help desk to call and help me reset her hotmail password, phone number is(###) ###-#### Thank you

Technician's Assistant: How's your internet connection? Are you checking Hotmail from a browser or a mail client (e.g. Outlook)?

Can’t check it because she cannot remember password, we use gmail and I cannot get password ***** on her new phone till I reset password.

Technician's Assistant: Are there any antivirus or firewall settings that could block you from receiving mail?

It is a iPhone 8 and the her gmail acct. cannot be authenticated acct she has a recovery Hotmail acct. TGIF iPhones and cannot remember password.
