I seem to have (not unusual for me) to have lost my mail and cannot get it up on my laptop. I have an iprimus acc but I think to is gmail that runs it.

Technician's Assistant: How's your internet connection? Are you checking Gmail from a browser or a mail client (e.g. Outlook)?

Good question, I am not good at this. I obviously touched the wrong button and Poof it's gone.

Technician's Assistant: Are there any antivirus or firewall settings that could block you from receiving mail?

I have norton (which I have recently had similar trouble, lost everything and had to restart

I seem to have just got it back. My mail just seemed to disappear, sending me to tempory password ***** it back up.
