I have recently gone to a Gmail address. I have converted to the outlook management for perusing the inbox.etc - all fine but I have no idea how to find my 'Sent Items' How do I find those?

Technician's Assistant: How do you usually access Gmail? On a phone or tablet, or through a web browser?

Each of these - mainly phone followed by PC and then tablet.

Technician's Assistant: What troubleshooting have you tried?

None - how do you do that?

Technician's Assistant: The Email Technician will be able to walk you through that. Anything else you want the Email Expert to know before I connect you?

What do you mean about "outlook management"? Do you mean to manage all emails using Microsoft Outlook program? Via IMAP or POP?

That's the reason - POP. You need to use IMAP, instead of POP, to access the Gmail account so the peviously sent items can be synced under SENT folder.
Please remove the POP account, add an IMAP account.
You can't simply switch between POP and IMAP on an exisiting account.

As mentioned above, please first remove the POP account, then add an IMAP account.
