Unable to open email...

Unable to open email messages that I previously had no problem with. It states I must add them to my contact list, however I have been able to open these messages for years without a problem

I tried several offered on the net, but the situation continues. The fixes sound simple but I am stuck

Yes. Yesterday I attempted to solve the problem by having a reimage scan. I could not assess the code key number. Now Reimage contantly pops up on my screen since I could not complete the Process
