I have tried for...

I have tried for hours but am unable to get into my email account. Apple support had me delete all my cookies yesterday. I have had codes sent to my Samsung android phone( also my wife and daughters phones). Still end up being told that they cannot verify if the account is mine. Accessed an old gmail of mine successfully, but can no longer get into that account either--won't accept the new password ***** created. My email is***@******.***

Technician's Assistant: Are you logged into your Gmail account on any other devices?

On my phone, when I go to mail, I see emails from March. Unable to go to present.

Technician's Assistant: Do you have security questions or a phone number on file to help reset your password?

I have been asked the date I opened the account. No way I can remember that. Otherwise, I have not been asked any other questions to verify I am I.

I cannot get into my email. So do not send to my email. I am getting more and more confused. I entered a credit card. I am not on a google website. I am suspecting a scam.
