Technician's Assistant: Who is your email provider (Gmail, Yahoo, Outlook, etc.)?

Armstrong has been out internet provider for years

Technician's Assistant: How do you usually access your email? On a phone or tablet, or through a web browser?

I had one account, no problem. Had a smart phone (droid moto) hooked up to I thought was ok. How ever now all the mail goes to the phone instead of the laptop. After I deleted zoominternet.net 2 ?

Technician's Assistant: What have you tried so far with your laptop? Have you installed any updates recently?

Only those that "Microsoft has sent in" Also Windows 10 was no help. and live mail.

Technician's Assistant: Anything else you want the Computer Expert to know before I connect you?

I messed up my e-mail by sync the two programs.

I am using the Internet connection of Armstrong (zoominternet.net) for years. Still have the connection.

Okay, thanks for the info. Can you please tell the relationship between your two zoominternt email addresses and the Gmail one?Of course, the most important thing is, what's the the issue you want to fix please? Do you mean you want to access all these email addresses from your desktop computer?
