What account are you trying to delete? Social site? Program? Email etc?

To get started, I need to know what type of computer you are using, a Windows XP, Vista, Windows 7, Windows 8, Windows 10 or a Mac.

If its a Mac, please check the OSX version as follows, Click the apple sign at the top left of your screen, then click about this mac. And then where it says version, send that to me as a reply.

Yes, but i need you to call customer service. You are making duplicate after duplicate and being charged for the same

question. Please stop. Only answer here and call customer service. I have put the others in for refunds, but it will take time

for it to come back to your card. I am a tech. I cannot see that side of your account or even help with it.

Which is why i advised you to only answer 'here' with me. customer service has all that info. I do not. I can only see

when you create duplicates and turn them into customer service for refunds.

Try the email instead that you think you signed up with. The one you would remember using. If you still have access to that email

we can try to reset. If you used that site on your computer? We may be able to find the email you used for it depending on what browser

you used.
