I see an email for an item for $620 dollars that I did not order. Please cancel immediately or all my checks will bounce.

Technician's Assistant: How's your internet connection? Are you checking your email from a browser or a mail client (e.g. Outlook)?

My internet connection is slow.

Technician's Assistant: Are there any antivirus or firewall settings that could block you from receiving mail?

Aol.com Please cancel. My mom just passed away yesterday and I am now in a distressed panic mode.
