My outlook email address...

My outlook email address will not receive or send emails. I have recently returned to new Zealand from Australia. What's going on?

Technician's Assistant: How's your internet connection? Are you checking Outlook from a browser or a mail client (e.g. Outlook)?

From outlook part of the microsoft on my computer

Technician's Assistant: Are there any antivirus or firewall settings that could block you from receiving mail?

I wouldn't have a clue but i don't think so . It was fine in Australia

Technician's Assistant: Anything else you want the Email Expert to know before I connect you?

No just how to get mail and send mail. I thought now with an outlook address I could do so from anywhere in the world without any problems!!

I was unable to sign up properly as I am over in New Zealand and not the US. It required a US Zone details which I don't have. I managed to get hold of Microsoft who fixed the problem. Thanks
