I recently updated windows...

I recently updated windows 10 and several programs were deleted. My problem is I cannot get the option on screen to enter the user name and password on this my desktop. The same problem was overcome on my laptop by Telstra by them changing the password ***** was successful. I cannot get the chance to log in the same way on this desktop.

Not right now. The 2 computers use the same usernames and passwords overall.
