What's problem with your Gmail address?
BTW, for personal Gmail addresses, Google does not offer human support like we do here. Users have to go through their heaps yet well-organised help documents online.

If Facebook, you actually can know the sender's Facebook name. Have you got it?

Is the give Hotmail address your Facebook ID?

Again, did they indicate they have known more than just your name (or publicly known info) about you?
