I have an i6(###)...

I have an i6(###) ###-#### and I can not get Contacts to reappear, nor successfully add any new contacts.

Technician's Assistant: How's your internet connection? Are you checking your email from a browser or a mail client (e.g. Outlook)?

Only on my desktop via gmail right now

Technician's Assistant: Are there any antivirus or firewall settings that could block you from receiving mail?

Don't think so. I'm not sure we're talking about the same problem.. I can't get my contacts list to show up on my i6

Technician's Assistant: Anything else you want the Email Expert to know before I connect you?

While I'm, waiting: I think I screwed up with something I did using "settings" on my i6. As a result, I can't get "contacts" screen to show any contacts already entered, nor can I successfully enter new contacts. \Help!

Sorry. I don't understand SIM nor iClould, nor can I read the tiny print on the iPhone screen. Do you have anothewr approach?

Inorder to import the contact from the SIM card, please follow the instruction

  1. Go to settings
  2. Click on Mail, Contact, Calendars
  3. Click on Import SIM Contact
