I have just purchased a new laptop and have been log in but I keep getting rejected as account does not exist. I am currently using old laptop. I'm not sure what my log in is now. It could be my email or skype or something else

I guess your new laptop is running Windows 10 and you try logging in using a Microsoft account of you. The rejected account(s) were Microsoft account(s), not local account(s). An I correct?
